COFALEC represents the Confederation of European Yeast Producers.

COFALEC is present in 24 member states (including 22 EU countries) and represents 47 production and marketing units. Our members produce in 29 sites throughout Europe, including 5 sites outside the European Union (UK and Switzerland).

National associations in 6 European countries (France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain and the United Kingdom), including 5 EU countries, are members of this network.
